JEFF WATTS: Mr. Watts is the founder and President of Cherokee Horn LP. Since earning his degree from Southern Methodist University, he has worked extensively in the oil and gas industry. In 1997, after many years of involvement in the acquisition of thousands of acres in the North Texas region, Mr. Watts began acquiring oil, natural gas, and mineral rights of his own. Mr. Watts began working on oil and gas prospects in 1995 with geologist Guy B. Kiker of Oklahoma City.

RYAN WATTS: Mr. Watts began his career at Chesapeake Energy Corporation as a landman. He left in June 2006 to join Cherokee Horn Production LP, where he is a partner and serves as Vice President. He has a BBA in Energy Management from the University of Oklahoma.

TOMMY BARROW: Mr. Barrow has been involved in the oil and gas industry since 1976 when he began working for Graham-Lawrence Petroleum. He formed B&N Petroleum in 1978 and was involved in drilling and exploration activities until B&N was sold to Amax Oil and Gas Company in 1988. Mr. Barrow is a partner in Barrow-Shaver Resources Company; he was a stockholder in Bargo Energy Company, which later merged with Mission Resources; he sat on the board of Directors for Nuevo Energy Company, a NYSE company, for more than 10 years; and he has served on numerous committees for oil and gas industry related associations.

SCOTT O. SHAVER: Mr. Shaver graduated from Texas Tech University in 1980 with a B.S. in Geology and a minors in Geophysics, Physics and Math. Upon graduation, he joined Jones Company in Albany, Texas as a field and operations geologist, and then moved on to join Locklin Oil Company. In his eight years with Locklin Oil, Mr. Shaver assumed several positions from Assistant Secretary-Treasurer to Vice President and Director of the company. Mr. Shaver now serves as Managing Partner and Exploration Manager for Barrow-Shaver Resources Company.

CARL G. McCASLIN, JR.: Mr. McCaslin is Chairman of the Board and President of McCaslin Properties, Inc., a diversified real estate development organization in Dallas, and is Co-Founder and President of McCaslin Development Company, a developer of luxury apartments. He graduated from University of Texas, Austin with a BBA and MBA with concentration in Finance. He has had a significant investment participation in numerous exploration programs.
